By placing an order with us you will be understood to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact Stitch & Rivet before placing an order with us either by email or via postal mail at

By placing an order via this website, you are offering Stitch & Rivet to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order for a product, we will confirm that your order has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A transaction for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, payment processed, and the item(s) shipped to you. Once your order has been shipped, the completion of the contract between Stitch & Rivet and yourself takes place.
We cannot complete orders due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
The product you ordered is unavailable in stock
We are unable to authorize your payment through our payment processor
If we have made errors in pricing or descriptions in our listings
If you fail to meet the criteria for shipping, for example, you are not located within the United States
You have previously attempted to return products that are not eligible for return or otherwise misrepresented yourself in a previous transaction
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by Stitch & Rivet as soon as the issue is noticed. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. Stitch & Rivet, LLC will make every effort to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third-party service provider of ours (not limited to payment processors, shipping software, or website service providers) access any data you provide when ordering from Stitch & Rivet. Product Pricing & Descriptions
Each product or service listed for sale on our website is subject to its product description. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products listed on our website are correct and any updates are made in a timely manner. If a product is not available as described in the listing, someone will reach out via email. We reserve the right to update, remove, or edit any listing on the website at any time and for any reason. Payments and Taxes
All prices in listings are exclusive of sales tax. Any sales taxes we must collect are automatically added before checkout is complete. Some states and municipalities require consumers to report and remit sales taxes for their online orders, and for orders that fall under this requirement, the buyer agrees to remit all appropriate taxes to their municipality. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and the payment processor. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delays or canceled orders for non-payment.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website, you must:
Provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details, and other requested information
Provide an accurate shipping address
Provide a valid form of payment acceptable to our checkout provider (Stripe, PayPal)
By placing an order, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you to and from third parties, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number, billing address, and other items of personal information to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to complete a transaction, to ship and order, and to remit required taxes.
Returns and Cancelations:
Tickets or deposits for services (not limited to workshops, classes, stamping events) are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred from you to another party. The only time a service is refundable is if Stitch & Rivet cancels a service or workshop.
We will try to cancel retail items until the time an item has shipped or, in the case of made-to-order items, until the item is cut (generally 2-3 days). If you wish to cancel an order, you must reach out via email with your order number. If your item has shipped, that order is subject to the returns and exchanges policies below.
Product Returns and exchanges- are available for full-price retail product orders within three (3) days of delivery.
Items purchased from late November through December as holiday gifts have an extended exchange timeframe, and all exchanges must be completed by January 15th. Items for holiday exchange must be unused, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, with no exceptions.
No exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are allowed on customized, personalized, second sales, flash sales, discounted items, or gift cards/e-gift cards/gift certificates.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange, and the shipping must include a tracking number. Please let us know if you want us to email you a label and deduct the cost from your return.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on used or unsaleable products.
If a product is not in perfect unused condition, it will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
Once returned to S&R, the item will be refunded less actual initial shipping costs and a 3.75% transaction fee that card processing companies charge us, and they do not refund us.
Please email us if you are making a return or exchange so we know your package is on its way.
